We build what businesses run on.

About

Built around the problem, not the deliverable.Technology chosen per product.Beirut. Worldwide.

The team

The people behind the brackets.

Three co-founders, no account managers: the people you talk to are the people doing the work.

  • Co-founder · Product engineer

    Kristen Kamouh

Turns a loose brief into a plan, then ships it end to end. Runs discovery with the people who will use the product, writes the scope and owns the architecture. The one to ask about timelines, trade-offs and what to build first.

    • Python
    • Next.js
    • shadcn/ui
    • Tailwind CSS
    • PostgreSQL
  • Co-founder · Mobile & front-end engineer

    Jad Khalil

Builds the screens people touch every day, on the web and in mobile apps, and keeps them fast. Turns designs into interfaces that work offline, on slow networks and with a screen reader. The one to ask about apps, interactions and performance.

    • Flutter
    • React
    • TypeScript
    • Tailwind CSS
  • Co-founder · Sales & operations

    Gaby Halabi

Runs the business side of the studio, from the first conversation to contracts, invoices and hiring. Makes sure every project starts with a clear agreement that both sides can hold to. The one to ask about payments and how an engagement runs.

  6. Not sure where yours fits?

Most products cross more than one of these. Start with the problem; the shape follows.

    Tell us about it

How we work

We don’t sell websites. We solve expensive problemswith software.

Five stages, the same on every product, and then the handover. You always know what is happening and what comes next.

  1. We talk to the people who will use the product, not only the people paying for it, and map how the work gets done today. Then we agree on what the first release does, and what it leaves out.

You getA written scope for the first release.

  2. We plan how it will be built before building it: the data, the screens and the flows between them. You click through a working prototype and change your mind while that is still cheap.

You getA clickable prototype and a technical plan.

  3. We build in small pieces and put each one online as soon as it works, so you use real software long before launch. The code is written to be read and changed by whoever comes next.

You getA live preview you can use while it is being built.

  4. We test on the phones, browsers and connections your users really have, then launch on accounts registered to you. Monitoring and backups are running before the first real visitor arrives.

You getYour product live, monitored and backed up.

  5. Once people are using it, we look at what they actually do and fix what gets in their way. Then you choose: we keep building with you, or your own team takes it from here.

You getThe next round of improvements, chosen from real use.

  6. Built for you. Owned by you.

Everything we build is handed over: the code, the accounts, the domain and the documentation. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, you can.

    • Your repository
    • Your infrastructure
    • Your accounts
    • Your domain
    • Your documentation

    No vendor lock-in.
